His LinkedIn profile was among the top 10% most viewed in India, and he was recognized as a top 100 scientist by IBC Cambridge.
He accepted a job offer in Singapore and worked for GSTF, a niche consulting firm, for over 8 years.
He was promoted to Assistant Director and played a key role in expanding the company's business to the Philippines, Oman, and Jordan.
He introduced technologies like AI, IoT, and big data to Singapore for the first time during his tenure at GSTF.
He joined Accenture in 2015 and created a new business unit called Cloud Analytics or Cloud EII.
This unit developed over 50 products, serving hundreds of Accenture customers and generating over $100 million in annual revenue savings.
He holds over 100 patents related to these products and led the patent effort for Accenture in India.
He filed his first patent on April 14, 2017, and within a year, had filed 14 patents in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and India.
Madhan Srinivasan holds 104 patents, with 65 granted, and received recognition from Accenture for his innovation and patent efforts, including the prestigious "Accenture Prolific Inventor" award.

Despite a successful career at Accenture, Madhan felt a calling to empower humanity through innovation and technology, leading him to start three companies: WIS work, H learn, and DNA I world.
WIS work focuses on developing futuristic innovation products using human-centered AI to solve complex human problems.
H learn aims to revolutionize education by integrating cognitive pedagogy with metaverse and eii technologies.
DNA I world combines genomics and AI to address human health issues, starting with cancer.
